"Food is great, hot and fresh tasting. Only took a star off because you HAVE to check your bag, sometimes one side is missing, sometimes a whole meal is missing. Employees also have had a very sad and depressed attitude for the past few years. Do they need a raise?"

"We Always go in to place our order, so can’t attest to how the drive-thru is. But inside, the employees have always been very polite and nice. The food has tasted amazing every time. I order the chicken sandwich, Mac and cheese, and Strawberry biscuit each time. They honor the coupons sent in the mail which is a big bonus! Only 4 stars because despite the food tasting wonderful and polite employees, they do have a habit of getting small parts of the orders wrong (regular instead of spicy, charging for a bacon and cheese despite not ordering it) But I’ve truly been impressed by this establishment just due to the huge decline in fast food overall recently."
